Normally, we do not recommend using this lamp in a bedroom because it is too bright. The high brightness of this lamp combined with the low ceiling of a bedroom will cause discomfort to the eyes. The bedroom lighting shall focus on comfort, and a low power and low color temperature (3000K or 4000K) ceiling light will be more suitable.

I have a building that is 25m long and 15m wide. My ceiling height is 6m. What size of the light and what spacing would you recommend?
The size of light and spacing could be different based on your demand for the average lux of the building. For example, if you needed 1000 lux at the floor level, more lights will be used or higher watts will be required compared to a 200 lux demand. A lighting simulation will be helpful to show you more clearly the quantity, spacing, and lux level.
