Where can I use a UFO LED High Bay light?

Our commercial grade and IP65-rated 100-277V UFO High Bay fixtures are ideal for warehouses, retail spaces, gymnasiums, factories, highway toll stations, exhibition halls, supermarkets, distribution centers, aircraft hangers, and other commercial applications.

Can these high bay lights be adapted to work in Australia?

YES. We provide high bay lights with an Australia plug, or if you don’t want the plug, you can wire it directly to the power source as long as you wire it up correctly. 

Do you have a mounting bracket that fits this high bay light?

YES. We have an American hook, eye bolt, mounting bracket, suspension chain, and even safety rope at your options.

Is this safe for a horse barn/dusty hay barn?

YES. It’s safe for horse barns/dusty hay barns.

Where are they made?

They are made in China. We are the manufacturer with a self-owned industrial park, complete workshops, an engineering team, testing facilities, aging test platforms, QC systems, etc.

Can I use these lights outside where they will be rained on directly?

It is not recommended that you use these lights directly in the rain, because they are indoor lamps after all. Till now we have one Japanese customer who used it to light up an outdoor parking lot like the floodlights, and it went wrong eventually.

Are these lights glass or polycarbonate?

The lens of this lamp is polycarbonate. And we also have glass models for your choice.

Is a high bay lamp good for a bedroom’s main light source?

Normally, we do not recommend using this lamp in a bedroom because it is too bright. The high brightness of this lamp combined with the low ceiling of a bedroom will cause discomfort to the eyes. The bedroom lighting shall focus on comfort, and a low power and low color temperature (3000K or 4000K) ceiling light will be more suitable.

I have a building that is 25m long and 15m wide. My ceiling height is 6m. What size of the light and what spacing would you recommend?

The size of light and spacing could be different based on your demand for the average lux of the building. For example, if you needed 1000 lux at the floor level, more lights will be used or higher watts will be required compared to a 200 lux demand. A lighting simulation will be helpful to show you more clearly the quantity, spacing, and lux level. 

Will these lights interfere with a radio?

No, these lights will not interfere with radio frequency.
